Hi, Thank you for your review. We are really sorry that you had a bad experience with your unique piece of nature. Hopefully, you can understand that we do not influence the structure of natural materials. Several pictures of different models are shown on our website to illustrate the uniqueness of stone and wood. If you do not like the model, it can be exchanged within the cancellation period, as long as it has not been worn. The withdrawal period is 24 days from the day the product was received. “Within 1 month of purchasing and with strictly office use (wrist resting on a desk) the band was scratched. Blame was put on us and no effort to remediate the problem. For the price of these watches would have expected better customer service”

“J’ai été très déçue du système de montage du bracelet . Pour mon mari il s’agissait d’enlever 2 maillons … impossible. Même un bijoutier /horloger n’a pas réussi . Du coup elle est inutilisée depuis 6 mois”

“Ik heb een mooi dames horloge uitgezocht. Helaas breek het houten bandje steeds. Bij melding bij Holzkern zeggen ze het probleem niet te kennen. Hebben nieuwe schakels opgestuurd, maar ook die breken. We doen echt niet wild. Jammer”

“Helaas heb ik maar 1 dag van mijn nieuwe horloge kunnen genieten. Bij het uittrekken van mijn jas is het slot van hethorloge ongemerkt opengegaan: blijkbaar in de mouw van de jas blijven zitten? En er later uitgevallen? Toen ik de jas later ophaalde ( garderobe) was het horloge weg en bleef ook fij navraag verdwenen. Dus Holzkern: kunnen jullie het slot van jullie horloges verbeteren?”
