“I’m in the US, so I think that may affect my experience. When I was trying to place the order for the shoes, I couldn’t find the difference between the widths on the site so I had to email. The reply didn’t come in time so I ended up ordering the wrong size and now I have to send it back for an exchange. Shipping to and from the US is very expensive and I ended up spending almost double the price of the shoes with the back and forth.”
“I had a specific query regarding re-heeling ladies practice shoes - my email was replied to swiftly and clearly by a real person and a resolution was discovered.”
“Bought my first pair of ballroom shoes at Blackpool in the May festival. The staff were excellent and knew the answer to all my questions and suggested to try other styles to see which was best — I have a bunion!!! So pleased that I have found dance shoes that are comfortable and fit well! Have since bought 2 more pairs to beat the price increase!!!!”
“The company were really good and gave great advise and help The shoes are great and really comfortable Only thing is I feel like they are stretching slightly so beginning to slip up and down”
“I've purchased so many different brands of dance shoes when I was an amateur. Now I'm a professional and, in my experience, these shoes support my feet efficiently. I feel contained, secure, and stable. My favorite brand.”
“I bought dance shoes for 103 pounds and paid 25 pounds for transport of dance shoes to Netherlands. Import taxes would be low but I had to pay almost 50 pounds to DHL, that is 47% of purchase costs and sounds ridiculous to me !!!”
“The ballroom shoes got the correct extra wide width as specified, the length is on the tight side, since there is absolutely no extra space at the toes.”
