Hi Jean, Thanks for taking the time to review us. Just checked your order and it was for two pairs of regular fitted shoes - we do offer wide and extra wide fittings for no extra charge. Whilst the wide fitting is simply a bit more room in the vamp, the extra wide fit has a wider insole base which you may find more suitable. Many thanks, International Dance Shoes

“Recently I had ordered 2 pairs of latin dance shoes and was not the perfect fit...but because I ordered them in Narrow, I thought, like every other company... I couldn't return them, so I decided to finally order a 3rd pair in extra narrow. I had got an email saying that I would have to pay an extra fee. I asked the person if just for this one time, this small fee could be waived, since it's already my 3rd pair of shoes I would be buying within a month... I was refused... At my disbelief and disappointment, I cancelled my 3rd order and decided to go back with the previous dance shoe company I was buying my dance shoes before. It's very sad to see that such a big and renown company like International DanceShors, was not willing to accommodate a new client that obviously would be a returning client over and over....”

Hi Tatiana, Thanks for taking the time to review us. Our standard fittings are Regular, Narrow, Wide and Extra Wide, and because these are standard for us because we know how much peoples feet vary, we do allow returns for these which as you say is positive, because that is not the case with other brands who in many cases only even offer one fitting and for others, don't allow returns. However for fittings outside of those scopes, there is extra work done - hand-cutting of insoles, differences to the lasting of the shoes, and that extra time means there is a surcharge on them, and those ones are not returnable. All our shoes are hand-made in the UK and it's a very expensive country to produce. We're a small team as a family business and when shoes require that customisation, we do have to charge for it regardless of other orders. I hope that you can understand where we're coming from. “As I get older I needed dance shoes with more arch support. I could not find anything that worked anywhere online or at dance events where I frequently work as a judge or ejudicator. I messaged International dance shoes about what I was looking for. They were wonderful to work with. I ended trying the Tango AirMesh. WOW ! They are the most comfortable dance shoes I have every worn. I later asked if the could make me the same shoe with a pro 1.5 inch heel. The answer was yes. Again another pair of amazingly comfortable teaching and practice shoes. The full shank for arch support is just what I needed. I can now stand for hours if needed teaching and judging without foot, hip of back pain. Thank you thank you thank you ! A very happy customer”

“these are the most comfortable practice shoes that I've ever had. Roxy Airmesh Great that they offer a mesh shoe with a 2.5" heel because I like to practice with the same heel as my pretty shoes. The company were so helpful, corresponding with me by email and giving full instructions on how to measure my feet, ensuring a perfect fit for my wide feet.Great that they are British made too. i've had them for a few weeks now and they've been fantastic, lots of support and great for the amount of practice I do as a dance teacher.”

“Amazing customer service - non-off-the-peg shoes arrived in record time! They fit like a glove and are THE most comfortable dance shoes! (Confession time: they are so comfortable that I am now wearing them for indoor weddings and special occasions where hours of standing /boogying around are required, as well as just for proper dancing...).
