As mentioned when we met in Bournemouth at the UK Open, unfortunately this might have been a case of a little less glue than we'd have liked and/or/combination of getting that tip of suede caught and then beginning a bit of peeling. You'd done a great job re-gluing and as it was fixed, we sent over a discount code for a future order on 22nd Jan

We note that the order was of one of our 'bespoke' styles which would not have been able to be returned regardless, however had you ordered something not 'bespoke' then we could happily take them back and work with you to confirm your right size going forward for the bespoke pair.

This will help should you wish to try again. Further, if the length of the shoe is OK but it is just the width, it is possible to get them stretched. A local shoe repair shop will easily be able to help!

Many thanks for getting in touch and you are right, it is very high! Our team is going to issue a refund for part of the shipping cost because it is based at the same weight as a pair of shoes. Postage to the US is high just for sending something regardless of its size so it automatically applied that price. In the future, as we do with a few other customers requesting gift vouchers, we send them via email so just email us via sales@ids-danceshoes.co.uk in advance next time and we'll be more than happy to help out with that.
