Regular usually fits me fine but this regular was too wide so I had to order another pair in narrow. Fits much better. I do need to exchange the first pair which I still have and never wore. Thanks for taking the time to leave a review with us and we're really sorry about this. Upon investigating it looks like a simple error in communication where a 'change of address' note wasn't added to the order quick enough and the shoes were made faster than they usually would have been made, so they were booked out and shipped before that note was added.
