I ordered a pair of shoes that were sadly slightly too small for the performer who I was buying for. IDS were very helpful when I got in touch as I would require a custom make for any larger size. I was able to send an outline of the peformers feet with the shoe size she usually wears and IDS made a brilliant pari of shoes and were able to ship them several weeks earlier than the initial estimate.
I bought white shoes with the intention of dying them to colour match to an existing dress, so the included fabric samples were incredibily useful (it's surprising how many dance shoes don't include this)

“It was my first time of trying this brand of shoe, was happy with the design but noticed when taking back steps and releasing the front toes in Ballroom i felt the shoe was not tight enough to my heel as i felt it possibly could have come off. I think i would order half a size smaller next time than my original size for that additional bit of comfort to my feet.”

Just checked up the order of replacement soles: ordered on 27th November, shipped the following day (which is ok) but just checked the UPS tracking and see it was not delivered until the 5th December which is really, really unusual. Thanks for bringing this to our attention and we do apologise that it took that long as normally it's next day delivery. “A bit on the smaller side , but should have checked the sizing in detail I guess as I am always a 4 but in these I should have gone up half a size. They are comfy though and very light.”
