“This is the second Urn that we have purchased from The Light Urns company. The quality is wonderful and the customer service is wonderful. We did not receive the urn in time for my Mother's Celebration of Life Service even though I paid for rush shipping. I contacted customer service and without any hesitation refunded me the extra money that I paid for rush shipping. Even though we hope not to have to use their services in the near future, I will gladly recommend this company to anyone who asks for help with this type of service. Thank you”
