“I ordered several items from In The Light Urns and each item is so beautiful. I did however mess up on one item and I chose the wrong text. I called and spoke with a gentleman named David and he was amazing and quickly corrected the font and sent out the right item. Phenomenal customer service!!!!”

This does lead me to believe that you may have emailed our no reply email from which the invoices are sent. I am happy we were able to help you in the end, and am terribly sorry for any frustration this may have caused, we are actively trying to fix this by stating on our invoices to contact "cs@inthelighturns.com If you have any questions about your order" so that this does not happen in the future. Nevertheless, we do not like to see any of our customers unhappy and would like to rectify this situation for you.
