About Jaques of London:
In 1795 Thomas Jaques took on his 15-year-old son, John as an apprentice. Together they established ‘Thomas Jaques: Manufacturer of Ivory, Hardwoods, Bone and Tunbridge Ware’ in Hatton Garden. We have remained a family run business ever since, with the same unwavering passion for quality games and toys.

Today we are ever-expanding our toy range and have been honoured with over 10 awards in the past five years as a result. Our Mini Minds Hub launched in 2020 to encourage learning at home. This is now stocked with over 150 free resources. We’ve been working for over 230 years to fill the world with more joy and we hope to keep striving for that goal long into the future. “A very easy secure website to browse and shop, I bought a teddy dress up activity for a gift, and was slightly nervous when I saw it was so beautifully presented, in a lovely printed box, tied with a black ribbon, I didn't want to spoil it to open the item to see the quality, so I asked the Mum of the recipient after the birthday, and she loved the item, she says it is great quality, and will be looking at the other products herself in time for Christmas”

“I purchased 3 items for my grandson who is a toddler. These were a multiple shape stacker, a pull along shape sorter and an alphabet building blocks. The quality of these toys is excellent and will last. The toys arrived a few days later and the company communicated by email to let me know they were despatched thereby offering excellent customer service. I am really happy with my purchases.”
