“Fast efficient service. Echo what others have said that reception should be wearing their masks properly as should the professional doing the swab - his was below his nose. There should be markers where different people stand and wait as had to keep moving around from a guy who came in for a test without a mask - he was given one though later. Great service to be able to have done so quickly though and to get the results... It would be good to have more details though on who has authorised them and the name of the test they use as none is on the website. Overall though very lucky to have this locally given what you read in the media...”

“Customer service and delivery of results were good although my results were not sent and I had to ask for them as my husband had received them already (we took the test at the same time)-The price is very high for what it is though and it shocked a lot of people when I told them how much I have paid...”

“Really helpful service, I called and got a same day appointment for my son, results back by 9pm. It would be helpful to be talked through the test options and accuracy of antigen Vs PCR test.”

“The test was conducted quickly and professionally. However, I didn’t give 5 stars as after I left, I received a call informing me that the wrong test was conducted. I couldn’t go back, and eventually all was resolved though I believe the centre may have lost money because of the error.”

“Super service, I’m worried though it’s going to an expensive requirement as NHS can’t get their act together so every time one of my kids gets a cold and temp 37.8 and above we need to be tested!! Can you provide a reduced rate for children under 15 yrs?”

“Starting at the top, what pleasant staff. Thank you especially to the young nurse who took care to deal with my 'gagging'. Daunting procedure made easy. Delivery of results - 48 hours, no 24!!! Four Stars because only the Almighty gets Five! Price - yes well but you get what you pay for. You have my recommendation in full. Almost!”

“Quick service and friendly staff though i had to admonish two of the lads working behind check in and floor for having their masks sitting below their noses.. they need better training. The nurses were lovely though”

“Good online booking service. Very quick result. But maybe someone can help people at the queue when they don’t know what to do. When I was there people asked each other what time was their appointment to make sure they should queue. Also, maybe remove the chairs in the waiting area? Personally I was afraid to touch anything in the centre especially when it’s indoor. Overall it was a satisfying experience and I have recommended to my friends and post on my social media.”

“The service at the testing centre was very efficient, we were there less than 5 minutes and we had our results under 12 hours. Only reason I am not giving it a 5 star review it’s because both people at the reception staff were not properly wearing their face masks. You’d expect that at a testing center everyone would wear their PPE properly.”
