“The way of taking the swab is too harsh. I take my swab test every week we don’t stick the swab too far almost touching the i balls. The lady how assisted I think that was harsh. I was full of tears when the lady stick the swab inside my nose and image my daughter who is only 6. Other then thank you for the documents we need to fly.”

“Test taken on time with results provided quickly. The passport number was not included on our our certificates so we had to call to have them added, even though we had completed the form, incl. passport number, before the test. Better street signage would also be better.”

“Clinic was excellent and on time. Charming nursing staff and receptionist. But the lady downstairs at ground level behind the glass door was extremely rude and did not introduce herself, was not wearing a uniform or mask.”

“Of the three tests I was forced to have in 5 days yours was the least worst, take that as a compliment. One minor criticism, your form should be more specific that name should match passport, we had to get that corrected before they’d allow us to board”

“It all worked well and efficiently. with pleasant staff. The result came back early. Only downside was the price, £175 felt a bit expensive.”

“Quick turnaround on results and easy to get an appointment. Was however surprised to see staff not wearing full PPE equipment and instead just wearing surgical face masks and gloves as this is a high risk environment.”

“Overall great service. Website was clear and appointments easy to book. Staff was friendly and efficient. My partner and I got tested in order to travel, and we were in-and-out of the centre within the span of 10 minutes. Test results and fit-to-fly documentation arrived a few hours before the 48-mark we had paid for. Overall very good experience and met our requirements for travel. Only area for improvement would maybe be the aesthetics of the Victoria testing centre, as it doesn't really look like a private medical centre but more like a rented-out apartment with a few rooms retrofitted for testing purposes. However, this is probably the least important aspect of the whole testing process so don't really care, especially since the testing was affordable and the results and documents were issued in a timely manner without issues.”

“Easy user interface for appointment booking. Quick and support by phone. Fast testing process and result availability. Location of Fulham centre is inside a church. This could have been stated on the website. I spent 15 mins finding it because i didn't expect it and the signage is so small. Accreditation details and certificate could have been attached to test report so customers don't have to search and download.”
