“Fast but expensive”

“The service was fast and easy and the staff there was very friendly. Could have done with a bit more signposting into the centre itself - was a bit unclear outside the centre how you should queue wait. The results came within the allotted time but unfortunately went into my 'promotions' email so I didn't see them until the next day so would be good to warn people on gmail that this may be the case. Otherwise all good!”

“Tested negative but due to time lapse between symptoms and test (February - July) and recent research showing antibodies diminish over time, makes me wonder if I had had covid-19 and could have t-cells.”

“Was easy to book online, friendly staff who explained the process before starting and the results came in earlier than expected. A bit expensive as the 24 hr service costs 100 GBP extra, but in the circumstances as I was flying and needed the test quickly, all good!”

“yes the people i spoke to on the phone were very helpful as I had to cancel the fit to fly corona test due to me having to cancel my flight because of lockdown. my £175 fee was refunded without a problem”
