“Very kind staff. Test was executed promptly and efficiently. Would return. My only reason for 4 stars is that I was told I would have the test by next day 6:00pm and it arrived at 6:20pm”

“Why so expensive? It is equally guilty with other clinics. There is no justification to this high price. Other countries considered less developed are charging very affordable prices. You are guilty with others in making it difficult for people to access a very essential service.”

“I booked the text that morning and went along a couple of hours later with my husband. We drove to the test centre and it was extremely well organised and easy to carry out (albeit not the most comfortable experience). I got my results back (negative) within 48 hours with information of what I was now able to do.”

“The team were very supportive and had a lovely manner when dealing with us. there was a slight mistake with the booking online but again they were able to rectify that very quickly and put our minds at ease. The people that did the test also reassured us before they did it so we felt comfortable.”

“Friendly, efficient, seemed quite hygienic, etc. . Good proposition. Relative to some 'professional' outfits, however, the set up (facilities, PPE, etc.) was a bit 'winging it'”

“It was fast and efficient. I just think it was too expesive considering you had to wait 2 days for the results and there are now many better options. Like pay £180 and get your results in half an hour and all done at home! Had I heard about his option first I would have paid more to get the result quicker. A lot quicker”

“Easy to arrange, easy to do. Results came within 48 hours as promised. My PCR certificate was accepted on arrival in Dubai. The only negative was the price.”
