“I would of given 5 stars if the receptionist wasn't rude towards me and my family. Normally I would give the guys an excuse for his action but straight after me he was lovely, happy and talkative to to young women right after me. None of us was rude to him so we are confused why he acted in that way.”

“Nurse who tested me was fantastic- However one of the ladies at the reception desk was unaware that I had paid an extra £100 for a next day result - somewhat annoying when paying such large sums of money”

“Quick and painless. Too expensive at £200 pounds. The price tag is a joke and you can get this service for free. I guess I paid for the speed with which I got my results.”

“I made a test and Austrian soldiers at the border even didn't check it. Paid 200 Pounds for nothing. I won't do the test ever again.”

“The test centre wasn't easy to locate , however the lab techician was very efficient, friendly, explained the procedure before taking the test. I am very impress with the quickness of receiving the results and the presentation of the test certificate. Reasonable price”

“It was really quick and i loved that. I went in on Monday and was told I would receive the result on Wednesday afternoon. The result came Tuesday morning. This was too early for my travel on Friday morning. By that time it was past 72 hours. The airport official accepted it but it could have gone the other way. Maybe going forward it would be better to ask the client if it is alright for you to send the results before 48 hours.”

“Very organised and friendly. No time wasting , staffs were very understanding and willing to help. I had my 2years old daughter who also needed a taste I was amazed how staff handled lillte children. They made everything looked so easy. I had paid for 48hrs guaranteed price but was lucky enough I had received my results for less than 24hours. Reasonable price for the service. Thank you all for your help.”
