“It was all fine. I trusted the nurse and the results were in in just 24 hours, even though they’d said 48. My only qualm is that it seems more like an empty office space than a medical facility. There’s no sign, no name on the buzzer, just a bouncer looking guy outside saying, “looking for a test centre?” That was odd.”

“Very quickly dealt with, short queue, efficient & pleasant person who administered the nose swab, & result delivered as we’d been informed. Slightly surprised not to gave my temperature taken. Otherwise good experience!”

“Your customer relations were ok. Service delivery was fine. And processing of result and report were excellent. But unfortunately, you forgot to consider that one could be pressed while there. Incidentally that was my experience. No toilet ⁶”

“I was worried as staff weren’t wearing visors (they were wearing masks), but apart from that it was a great service and I got my results early :) The people there were lovely too!”

“All the staff was very polite and professional, and the test was done in an extremely quick way. In particular, the nurse taking the (throat and nose) swab was very patient and explained that there might be some discomfort, so I was fully prepared for the test. The results (and certificates) were arrived much earlier than the expected time (which was 6 p.m.) and this was a very welcome bonus. The only remark is that it was not so easy to spot the Test Centre from the street outside, as there was just a small notice in a window (all the windows were covered, I assume that was for privacy reasons), so I had some difficulties finding the Centre itself. But all in all, it was a very professional, fast and very polite service.”

“Although the test was quite costly, staff were very sensitive, supportive, kind and professional. Social distancing rules well followed and the testing centre was spotleslessy clean. Results were actually earler than expected.”

“Very helpful and kind staff. I had to change my appointment multiple times and every time they were willing to help and accommodate. Smooth process. Very professional. I would like to use them again but, cost should be a bit lower.”

“Really good and quick. I had to change my appointment and they did it real fast and without any problems at all. I am not aware of the costs of these tests but I personally feel they are expensive as a whole, yet, this clinic was one of the relative cheap testing sites and at an accessible location close to picadilli. Overall awesome place and people, lets blame the goverments for the expensive things”

“long queues outside the test centre, even if you have an appointment. No signs, a little confusing at first. However, It took around 40 minutes, but once inside. The staff were friendly and efficient, it then took 5 minutes. I paid for the same day swap test and I was emailed the result before 9 pm that day.”

“The process was very smooth and clear. The only couple of things I would say is to find a way to let people queue inside and not outside especially on a cold December morning. The other thing is that, although expected as written in you guidance, it would be amazing to have the results considerably earlier than 9pm, especially if tests have been taken at 8am in the morning and with a flight to worry about the next day. Thanks so much for your help and service”
