“Great team looking after people. Friend and also delivered on time. I think that the price of all these tests needs consideration though, otherwise it would have been a five.”

“Well organised, quick and plenty of availability at short notice. However ended up paying £100 more to get a quicker delivery of results (24 hours), which looks like it would’ve arrived on time anyways.”

“Very quick, efficient service. The nurse put me at ease and it was all done very quickly and easily. The centre however was very busy, we had to take care not to stand too close to one another while waiting for our tests.”

“The test centre and the service is excellent. Not happy with how much you charge for the test. The cost of the test should be cheaper and this is becoming a business more than anything else. I had to do it because I was travelling and the NHS test is not even accepted. You shouldn't even be charging that amount of money.”

“Great service. Was in and out in less than 5 minutes and everyone was lovely from the lady booking you in to the lady carrying out the test. It was a little uncomfortable but nothing terrible. Opted for the express service and after having my test done at 11:45, I received the results that evening by 10pm which was far before I was expecting. Used them to fly abroad and had no issues at all.”

“Service was fast and friendly. I got the test as I work abroad and needed the "fit to fly" certificate. I would have given 5* but they typed my D.O.B wrong on the certificate meaning I had to call them up to have it changed. However, they did change it immediately and sent me a new one straight away, so it wasn't much of a hassle. All in all good service in these crazy times.”

“Good service at Watford, not sure what to expect. Directions/parking instructions could have been better but clean, simple experience and received results well ahead of the 2 days guarantee. Oh, and I was negative :)”
