“Overall very quick and well organised. However there were a lot of people scheduled for the same time waiting outside. Maybe, shortly before the centre opens, it would be good to have a person (or simply a sign) telling people to wait in line before getting in. Otherwise there's chaos when the doors open and everyone wants to get in first.”

“Slight lack of clarity of the process when queuing outside and the time-slots are rather approximate. But once inside, the health workers doing the tests are very professional and thorough with sanitising everything. The results came promptly and well within the 48-hour window.”

“Good and speedy test. It'd be great to make sure you add the passport number as the final certificate (Antigen test) only had my name and didn't look as legit. Many thanks.”

“Very efficient service. One point however is that I watched the nurse who saw me carry the previous patients specimen to reception, then call me and proceed to take my test without changing her gloves. Infection control might need to be considered. I felt to awkward to say something at the time.”

“The service itself was 1st class and if I were doing the rating on the service alone I would definitely give it the full 5 stars... my only reason for deducting a star is that fact that its not the easiest place to find (being on a main road)... its quite easy to drive right past it without realizing... I think some clearer directions on the website would help... other than that I was very impressed by the level of service and the result turnaround time”
