“Staff at the front desk was great. They were running late by 15 mins. We had to take a second test after a false negative on the first year (cost us £400).”

“Nasal swab really hurt. Felt it was pushed to far up my nose and I had eye issues (on the same side the swab was taken) for a day”

“Good day I found the reception to be friendly, helpful and efficient. The Lady who did my test explained the process, was gentle and considerate. I found the whole experience to be of a high standard.”

“The test procedure and the certificates look very professional and met the requirement of the authorities, particularly the Chinese embassy. The call centre customer service staff have been very helpful, constructive and fair in resolving the issue that I have come across. Just a note from my personal experience, if you are a Chinese national, try to use the central London based test centres where there are more concentration of Chinese. Or else, there could be element of risk on otherwise good efficiency. Other than that, it is a good place to do your tests.”

“The whole process was smooth, on the day of the test the nurse explained the process and was caring. I booked a two day service but the results came before 24 hours the sample was taken, overall a very good service, the only down point is that it's expensive”

“I would have said "excellent" if only you offered the option of printing the results. I would gave gladly paid an extra fee for this service. I was travelling and the airline company insisted on seeing the result on paper. I was visiting London in the middle of the lockdown and didn't have access to a printer. I didn't know any printing shops that opened after six in the evening. Thankfully I have friends who helped. Otherwise, the centre was very organised and clean, and the staff were friendly.”
