“1. Loading the esim process is not realy user friendly. 2. Roaming was not working seemlessly, had to restart my mobile every now and then and it didn't always funcion. Thanks”

“It is convenient, but when you choose an unlimited eSIM, it states that you have unlimited data. This is misleading as it only allows you 2GB per day. I work remotely and I find this unacceptable. Kind regards Christel Brugger”

On our website, we do note that the plan offers 2GB of high-speed data each day, with speeds adjusting to 500 kb/s once the daily limit is reached. This resets every 24 hours from activation. “The e sim was very troublesome, many times showed no network, other times had full 5G yet there was no connection, had to change settings and switch phone on and off multiple times in order for it to work. this happeend a few times every day, it was very frustrating. My wife used a different e sim and hers worked prefectly fine most of the time.”

“Once it gets connected it works well. But I had a difficult time on a road trip from Canada to the U.S. (B.C. to Idaho). My eSIM wouldn't work. I used the chat WhatsApp feature with Knowroaming but it took 2hrs of work to figure it out. My eSIM was trying to connect with a tower in Canada even though I was 100 miles south of the border. I had to turn off automatic provider connections and manually select AT&T. That got it working.”

“Hi When first activating the eSim it did not connect. We had to work with your customer support and went through almost half an hour of trouble shooting, doing all the obvious things I had already tried. Only to be told a day later that there was a network problem and we were connected. THEN, on the 1st February, we were suddenly disconnected. AGAIN, we contacted your customer support and went through almost ANOTHER half an hour of trouble shooting, doing all the obvious things I had already tried. Only to be told a day later, AGAIN, that there was a network problem and we were connected. Please train your consultants that when someone knowledgeable tells them that this is a problem on YOUR side, that they at least consder that before putting us through a very time consuming "troubleshooting" sequence that we had already done before contacting you.”
