“Really, this should be like 5 star or so, but I had to call then email to follow up as I suppse my original case, much like my package, was lost. Koala has stated that they will reship my order which went missing, though, and that is fantastic. Everyone in their support is exceptional, I'm just a little concerned that my original call seems to have fallen through the cracks, as I didn't receive a follow up.”

Please be aware that you can ship usps in a priority box for a much quicker and cheaper than shipping the way you are. Took a month to receive the order.
