“So much packaging waste.
I only ordered some pills for my pup. Came in a too large cardboard box, with glossy cardstock for social media and other junk. Also a banadana in plastic wrap. 100% went into the trash.
Should have been a small bag with a simple paper receipt.
Prolly not gunna reorder, as the only important item is PRICE.

“The company did not put my complete mailing address on the label therefore I did not get the package. I was in a car accident and had been 4 minths ahead in medication, when I tracked package it said it was delivered to ups. UPS said they send everything back to the company after 7 days. This was the second time they had to ship it out to me for the same reason. The second time they confirmed my address and they keep leaving off trail! They first claimed they wouldn’t re-send unless I can supply proof that I didn’t get it, I said the tracking states that it was delivered to ups! Then they stated that ups and usps has a block on delivering to my house so they can’t ship to me! I said that’s impossible because we are also a business and I get 1-50 packages a day! So I called both usp and usps and they said that is absolutely incorrect! USP told them if they need proof that they return everything they can also call them, that didn’t matter. I said at this point, I don’t need to go back and forth, I need to move up auto shipping! I just gave my dog her last pill and need to make sure next months is here. They agreed to ship but of course at my cost. They were not going to reship. They had to reach out to the vet again and I asked if they could give some type of discount which they gave 20% off. I went over the address to make sure they wouldn’t make the same mistake, the read back the correct address and when they sent it out, they left off the street part! Again! Lucky for me and my Pup, our usual UPS driver was on and knew where it was going to.”
“super mixed. I've made one order with you and it went fine. I was able to order, your pricing was excellent, and the item shipped and was received in a timely way. I would have rated you a 5.
But yesterday, I spent a lot of time trying to place an order on your website and was never successful. It kept booting me out telling me to sign in, when I was signed in. When I signed in again, it would empty my cart. Then it got to where I couldn't put anything in my cart. Super frustrating. I'd like to try again with you all and am telling myself to give you until the holidays are over to get it rectified, but if it continues I'll move on to another pharmacy, with regret.”
“The care package was great when it arrived and prices are fair.
However, from the time the order was placed until it was received was a week.
Our vet had to make a special trip out with a bridge dose because our pet could not wait that long.
There needs to be faster shipping available for pets who are sick and can't wait on regular the mail.”
“I have been ordering a number of meds for my dog through Koala. I found a better price for Vetmedin on another site and called Koala to be told that they do not price match. You should reconsider doing this for existing, recurring customers because I now order that expensive med from another company.”
“I like everything except your processing time and deliverry. From the time that you got the OK from our vet for the prescription to when we finally got the Rx, it took 10 days. It is just too long. Luckily, the Rx is not an emergency item. If you will improve on the delivery time, I will stick with you.”
“I don't understand why you need to call and speak to someone, and only available Monday- Fridays, when you want to make any change to your order. It's easy to set up, but any changes, not so easy.”
“I do like Koala... however, my last experience was not so great as I received meds a week late. Also, the price I'm paying to Koala is the same as at my vet's office I can call any day, talk to a person immediately, and collect the med within 10-15 min. Online meds should always be cheaper than vet clinic ones that encounter overhead expenses impacting medication costs...”
“I can't review this most recent transaction bcuz my order is currently missing! 🥺 USPS is looking into locating it, but will be tomorrow atleast before I hear anything. We've been having trouble with our severely understaffed local post office and it's creating a lot of headaches. Package said it was delivered on 11/18, but only states Locust Ln, not my address. We were on vacation, but my two adult son's were here watching house/dogs/mail and said they never got it. Unfortunately bcuz I was on a ship in the Atlantic Ocean with limited and spotty cell coverage, I wasn't thinking about checking in. So I didn't learn of it not arriving until 1am. I went to local post office and they're looking into it. I'm desperate for my dog's medicine and can't afford another $200 for more, but may have to do that soon if USPS can't locate it. 😭”
“The process was easy but the packaging was flawed. The syringe was flimsy and did not properly measure the medicine. In addition, the top to insert the syringe was too tight a pulled out with the syringe. I lost at least 1/4 of the medication. This stuff is not cheap so I was upset with the lost medication.”

“I did not appreciate the snide remark from the second customer service rep. I spoke to briefly, "I see you called yesterday." I wanted to check up on my dogs medication, I didn't know that was a problem. Also, the amount of extra material shipped with the medication is unnecessary and hardly eco-friendly.”
