“I think your prices are good and also service. I was unaware that I had signed up for autoship and received my refill several months before they were needed.”
“I placed my first order early to allow your company time to process and obtained the RX from my vet, so I called to ask that my reoccuring date and charge date would be later in the month, and was told that was not something your system could do! I deal with 2 other companies for things that auto ship and that was never a problem if fact you can go into your account and change it yourself if needed. So you must be a small company with a very antiquated system. But I am going to give you a try and see how it goes but not a great first impression I must say.”
“Website is easy to navigate. It took several days to verify my prescription. I called my vet and they said they verified it with Koala 2 days ago, yet the status oin the website was still "verifying". This created a delay in my PX and had to have my local vet issue another PX while waiting for Koala to fill mine. I would recommend verifying PX faster. In my case I needed the PX in a week and it tokk almost a week for Koala to verify then ship. Too long”
“I ordered at least 10 days before my pet needed refills to accommodate processing time. There were problems with my prescription submission due to the vet's records on day 1 - I do not hold koala liable for that. However, having to order based on month supplies vs pill counts is also frustrating/inconvenient. The back and forth with koala was also very time consuming over multiple days. I responded quickly to koala's inquiries but then didn't see any movement on my order for another day. Due to this my pet's medication ran out before my order even shipped so I still had to place an order with my vet. There is no convenience factor there. Once things got moving, it still took 2 days to ship my order even though I called to stress the urgency. I was told it would be 'rushed' but it didn't even ship that day. Once the meds arrived I was annoyed by the packaging. One of his meds (heart meds) is typically shipped as a full, sealed bottle - I received the medication repackaged in a koala bottle... Why waste more plastic this way? Just frustrated by the experience and don't think I will order again.”
“The only reason I gave an acceptable is because they kept sending in the wrong weight for my dog's medication to me vet. This happened 4 times and I've of the techs at my vet's office finally called koala to get out straightened out! It was crazy!”
“I did my order on the website. I was expecting to be able to put in information about the prescriptions but was not able to and so assumed that you would get the information from the doctor when you called about prescriptions. When I got my dog's medicines, they came in bottles but I was expecting pouches with doses already set up because that's what your website says you do. So, I will be cancelling my auto-ship and I will try starting again next month with a new order and I will be calling to clarify how things are going to go.”
“While your prices are absolutely competitive and promotions certainly worth the extra effort and time of day, we were both left feeling like our order was handled in a bit of a lackadaisical manner. Things get lost in the mail and accidents happen, but that being said, a phone call, text, or email follow up would have been appreciated when you still hadn't received a prescription mailed or contact from us for over a week. Our dog didn't run out of her prescription, no harm no foul, but that was both my and my wife's honest impression. With all that being said, we will more than likely continue to do business with you folks; money is very tight right now (disabled and on a fixed income) and by no means was anybody rude or unpleasant at any point.”
“I really like everything about this company except the LONG wait time for getting the meds for my beloved pet. It took awhile for the order to be verified with my Vet because I kept calling to see when Koala called them and it was days before the call and then days before I received the meds. I just wish it was a faster process. Other places I have used took no more than 3-5 days from order to delivery.”
“Although customer service by telephone is amazing, I hate that I have to call every month. The orders never come when scheduled. It’s a problem almost every month. Why? Also, the boxes that the pills come in—they are over the top. They make me feel as if money is being wasted. Could I actually have the pills for cheaper with a plain box?”
“Koala health is advertising prednisolone solution on their website.all descriptions say so and describe it in an alcohol base.what I received was prednisolone sodium phosphate.my cats don’t like it and stopped eating.the drug manufacturer who made the prednisolone closed shop,or at least that’s what I read.the cost of prednisolone has gone through the roof almost tripling over the last four or five months.the drug companies can say this stuff works the same but be very cautious of what you are gettting.at least they had something to try”
