I do not like the price increase buried in the routine letter notifying the order instead of specifically informing me of the price change.”
“I think overall it was ok I was given an incorrect prescription which has caused me to have to buy more of it to supplement the mistake. Also took very long to get the verification process done.”
“It took up to 2 weeks from when Koala received my prescription to verify and send out the medicine. This seems longer than it should for a prescription item that isn't heartgard, or nexgard.. However, when I called about status, the customer service was great, and every representative I spoke to was kind, professional and helpful. In addition, the website is easy to use, and quick. I also appreciated the information about the medicine in my care box. Overall, I'm going to stick with Koala but it may be useful to include an option on the website that your pet needs the meds by a certain timeframe as to prioritize it.”
“Mycophenolate is still cheaper here than at other places we can find. But this experience, the shipment took a very long time. Also, it would be nice if you ever did promotions for existing customers instead of new customers only.”
“There seemed to be a communication issue with my Vet. They received 1 email (1 dog) but not 2 (for the 2nd). Would have preferred to have been contacted earlier that my vet wasn't responding timely.
Also, would like to see existing customers and patients receive better prices on these meds our dogs need. Why does it need to be a pricing war? If you would continually offer us a "fairer" price, we wouldn't have to go elsewhere.”

“After ordering and knowing my vet approved, I had to call twice. The first time, you were closed and someone called me back to verify the dosage. A week later I called back and the person was super nice but had no idea why it wasn't sent out the week before. She assured me she would ship it out that day. She did, which was great. “i had a glitch in getting the script from my vet, so my order was delayed; however once I notified Koala that the vet was cleared to get the script, the time that you took to contact my vet was longer than I would have liked. I emailed AND called to let you know that the vet was clear to give approval for the medication.”

“Y’all take a really long time to contact the owner / the doctor / with all the questions. It’s too long, the animals could get v sick in the time frame of a week that it takes for y’all to even talk to us. So before we receive medication it’s at least 2 weeks. That’s too long. Y’all are good, but you can be great.”
“I was disappointed in how long it took to ship my order More than a week passed before it was shipped and then only one item was available. Once shipped my order arrived quickly but because it took so long to ship, I had to go to my vet for meds to tide us over.”
