“I don't understand why you need to call and speak to someone, and only available Monday- Fridays, when you want to make any change to your order. It's easy to set up, but any changes, not so easy.”
“I do like Koala... however, my last experience was not so great as I received meds a week late. Also, the price I'm paying to Koala is the same as at my vet's office I can call any day, talk to a person immediately, and collect the med within 10-15 min. Online meds should always be cheaper than vet clinic ones that encounter overhead expenses impacting medication costs...”
“I can't review this most recent transaction bcuz my order is currently missing! 🥺 USPS is looking into locating it, but will be tomorrow atleast before I hear anything. We've been having trouble with our severely understaffed local post office and it's creating a lot of headaches. Package said it was delivered on 11/18, but only states Locust Ln, not my address. We were on vacation, but my two adult son's were here watching house/dogs/mail and said they never got it. Unfortunately bcuz I was on a ship in the Atlantic Ocean with limited and spotty cell coverage, I wasn't thinking about checking in. So I didn't learn of it not arriving until 1am. I went to local post office and they're looking into it. I'm desperate for my dog's medicine and can't afford another $200 for more, but may have to do that soon if USPS can't locate it. 😔
“The process was easy but the packaging was flawed. The syringe was flimsy and did not properly measure the medicine. In addition, the top to insert the syringe was too tight a pulled out with the syringe. I lost at least 1/4 of the medication. This stuff is not cheap so I was upset with the lost medication.”

“I did not appreciate the snide remark from the second customer service rep. I spoke to briefly, "I see you called yesterday." I wanted to check up on my dogs medication, I didn't know that was a problem. Also, the amount of extra material shipped with the medication is unnecessary and hardly eco-friendly.”

“I placed my first order early to allow your company time to process and obtained the RX from my vet, so I called to ask that my reoccuring date and charge date would be later in the month, and was told that was not something your system could do! I deal with 2 other companies for things that auto ship and that was never a problem if fact you can go into your account and change it yourself if needed. So you must be a small company with a very antiquated system. But I am going to give you a try and see how it goes but not a great first impression I must say.”
“Website is easy to navigate. It took several days to verify my prescription. I called my vet and they said they verified it with Koala 2 days ago, yet the status oin the website was still "verifying". This created a delay in my PX and had to have my local vet issue another PX while waiting for Koala to fill mine. I would recommend verifying PX faster. In my case I needed the PX in a week and it tokk almost a week for Koala to verify then ship. Too long”
“I ordered at least 10 days before my pet needed refills to accommodate processing time. There were problems with my prescription submission due to the vet's records on day 1 - I do not hold koala liable for that. However, having to order based on month supplies vs pill counts is also frustrating/inconvenient. The back and forth with koala was also very time consuming over multiple days. I responded quickly to koala's inquiries but then didn't see any movement on my order for another day. Due to this my pet's medication ran out before my order even shipped so I still had to place an order with my vet. There is no convenience factor there. Once things got moving, it still took 2 days to ship my order even though I called to stress the urgency. I was told it would be 'rushed' but it didn't even ship that day. Once the meds arrived I was annoyed by the packaging. One of his meds (heart meds) is typically shipped as a full, sealed bottle - I received the medication repackaged in a koala bottle... Why waste more plastic this way? Just frustrated by the experience and don't think I will order again.”
“The only reason I gave an acceptable is because they kept sending in the wrong weight for my dog's medication to me vet. This happened 4 times and I've of the techs at my vet's office finally called koala to get out straightened out! It was crazy!”
