“When I received the order the first time, the box had been opened and there was no medicine inside. They did reship it in a timely manner. However, when I received the second shipment, it had TWO boxes of medicine. I will be reaching out to see about how to rectify that issue.”

“I have auto-ship for Diamond's Medication. Every month I have to go through the same process of getting Diamond's Meds. It is very annoying especially when Diamond's vet, Coralway Animal Clinic has his prescription. The specific Medication I'm speaking about is the Sildenafil 100mg. His prescription states that he gets 1 tablet a day, which is divided by 1/4 tablet in the morning, 1/4 tablet in the afternoon and 1/2 tablet in the evening.
Every month Koala Pharmacy gets Diamond's Medication wrong. They always trying to send me 90 tablets which is way too many.”

“I asked to be removed from the subscription. When I first placed an order I did not know that I was put on a subscription. I did not see that it was an option or I had to remove it. It should not be a recurring order unless I chose a recurring order. It was not clear and explicit consent.”
