“I didn’t have a good experience. I ordered a medication through a prescription that was supposed to be valid for a year, but apparently still needed an approval from the vet to be shipped. It took almost a week for Koala to notify me that the vet had not approved the prescription right way. Then I had to call the vet to get their approval. In resume, it took maybe more than two weeks for the medication to be delivered. Meanwhile my dog had to be out of the medicine while waiting. I was not satisfied with the service to be honest.”
