“The first few uploaded payment receipts were accepted. However, the last recent one was uploaded 3-4 times (same way as the previous ones) and it was denied each time. Now my window to receive points is closed because it has been over a month. I contacted them and they told me what to do and I did, but it was still denied. Not sure what is going on.”
