“I was advised by my Vet that I could get my pet's presciption through Koala. Within a few hours, I received an e-mail with the prescription info from the vet and I signed up. Then for some reason, it took a week before you authorized it to be sent, so I was kind of confused. Then it was supposed to be another week to receive the meds from the USPS. Fortunately, it came sooner than promised. Since I really needed the meds I would have hoped they would get here sooner.”

“I was a little disappointed that it took so long, but they finally got in touch with me and explained that they had to combine Duncan‘s old account with a new one which I did not understand but they said that that’s what they needed to do. My dog went without his medication for heart worms for about 10 extra days, but they finally got it straightened out”
