“I use a PO Box for mail. The company asked for my physical address for their records, and will still send the Rx to my PO Box. I sent my address. I had to call 5 days later to find out when they were going to send my cat's Rx because it hadn't shipped yet. That seemed like an excessive amount of time for a product that was in stock.”

I lost one of my dogs and tried to cancel her heartworm meds. Tried 3 separate times and could never get it done, Had to have the vet office change the subscription. Tried to add my new rescue to the order and couldnt do that either. Never have that problem with Chewy.”

I am angry that I got ripped off and would not have used koala . I will be looking for another pet pharmacy and will be sure to tell all of my friends that own pets what happened to me .”
