“The shipping seemed quick but the delivery took longer than expected. The package was special with the cute Bear bandanna-nice touch. Also I am concerned if this was a one time price or if I can keep ordering at this cost?”
“Requiring a mailed-in hard copy of my pets prescription, made ordering much harder than with other companies. It also caused an unexpected and worrisome delay in the administration of my pet's needed medication.”

“First, the original medication was back-ordered. Instead of calling me, I was emailed and didn't see it for days. Then I called and was told a replacement was available. I approved and was told it would ship immediately. Again, after a few days no phone call but another email letting me know that the second med was also out of stock. The person I spoke with on the phone should have checked with pharmacy before telling me it would ship immediately. All of this led to me almost running out of this medication my cat takes daily. YOU NEED TO CALL PEOPLE AND LEAVE A VOICE MESSAGE. It should take days to realize the second med was also out of stock, in fact it shouldn't even have been offered to me as an option if you didn't have it to ship out.”

“Got the first time invite with discount and it seemed pretty easy to order, shipment came in timely manner. Now I have received several emails with 50% off spring preventative flea, tick and heartworm which seemed so fantastic until you go to checkout and it’s for first time users only. Very deceiving and should not be presented as a springtime deal and just advertise it is as it is!!! This makes me not want to use your site. I don’t like when companies do that false advertising. So now I am disappointed.”
