“Products were good and affordable, but communication and shipping were poor. My order never shipped because an item was out of stock. They didn’t email or call me. I checked shipping status to find out I needed to call them. The other items also never shipped because there was a max of two I was allowed to order and I ordered three. That wasn’t signified anywhere on the website, nor was I emailed or called. Once again, the order status told me I had to call them, so I did. They told me they wanted to confirm I still wanted the two before shipping. It’d been over a week since placing my order at this point. I verified I did want them and they said we will put a rush on your order and it will go out no later than tomorrow. I got a shipping notification three days later. Once it finally shipped, it took another week to get here.”
“Have only rec'd one shipment to date. Haven't been with you long enough to comment. I would be happier if I knew you carried my dog's special food needs, and delivered that on an auto ship”
“Took a long time for my prescription to get processed. I emailed with the information they needed, no movement. Then I called to see what was going on and they said they were missing my last name. Prior to calling them, there was no communication that this was the missing info they needed.”
“Unfortunately was not aware we had to send a hard copy of the prescription which took days. First they didn’t tell me it wasn’t until I called that they asked to send. So I had to snail mail a digital copy. From purchase date to receive date it was pretty long….”

“Fast service. I just wish the orders weren't automatic renewal. Otherwise I'd give it a 10. I don't want to have to call and cancel the renewal. The first time I wasn't even aware it was automatic.”
“The packaging was cute and it was the correct medication, however it did take about 2 weeks for my pet to get his medication. I felt horrible waiting those 2 weeks but because it was a prescription, I had no choice.”

“Ordering was easy along with getting the prescription from the doctor. Our biggest drawback was the time frame it took to receive. It took about a week and a half or more. Some other on line companies have it delivered with in two days.”
