“The process worked well except for shipping. One small bottle of medicine was shipped in a box too big to fit in my mailbox. As a result, I had to make a 40-mile round trip to the Post Office to pick up the package. Please use the smallest possible shipping package for the contents.”
“First, I think Koala is amazing and provides excellent service. My issue this time was a coupon I received via email. It was for $20 off my dog’s heartworm medication, which is a huge help. I was told that I had to wait until I received the email stating that the order had been processed before the coupon could be applied. Well, by the time I woke up that morning to see that email the order had already been fulfilled and the shipping had been initiated.”
“My dog is almost 90 lbs and wasn’t sure of his last refill would be appropriate to his weight. I tried canceling the subscription for next month but I couldn’t find a way to do it on line. Would be nice if I actually had a say so to when I want to cancel or put my subscription on hold. Thank you”

“Beautifully packaged but that was a problem for me. I felt I paid a little more than I’m used to for my dogs’ medication and I thought it could very well be because of the extra gifts and elaborate packaging, which I just don’t need.”
“The medicine came with dropper, instead of syringe. Can't get accurate dosage with that. Also, must be an awful flavor, my dog hates it, which makes it really hard to get her to take it.”
“It took over a week from the time the prescription was received till the medication shipped. I was not communicated with when they received the prescription or with any updates unless I called. Additionally, they could not provide an estimate for when the prescription would be processed and sent.”

“Yeah, hi, I was wondering if there’s someway that you can review your automated system so that a 30 day prescription can be renewed under 30 days some of the months have 31 days in them and my pills are coming late. “Prices are high and ordering was multistep. I did make this purchase because of the discount offered. If you are given the honor of being a preferred provider by our veterinary office, I would expect competitive prices and better communication between Koala and their Vets.”
“Fast shipping. Disappointed that most online coupon codes do not work with repeat customers. Typically coupon codes only work with first time orders even when I purchase items online through my veterinarian. Poor communication regarding coupon codes that are not accepted. When codes do not apply to orders they are canceled without any notification.”
“I like the idea of being able to order and have it delivered to the house. However since this was my first time there was a little disconnect in communication between my vet and koala. Because of that the medications for my dog were delayed so I had to borrow some from a friend until mine came in. Now I know to call them rather than email”
“You were faxing my vet 3 times for a prescription and they were not responding. You did not contact me to say there was a problem. I didn't know until I called you to inquire about the delay. It seems that you should gave let me know.”
