“Twice the same thing has happened to us: Pausing a medication delivery - then unpausing it - results in Koala losing track of the Rx and requesting a new one. We then have to tell Customer Service they need to search through the records to find the paused Rx that still has refills available so we don't have to mail another one in.”
“When I first found the product I was searching for online, and saw Koala'a Health's price on the product, it said it was on sale at 50% of the normal price. Thus, it showed a price of roughly $92. However, when I placed the order and entered the discount code it only gave me $50 off. Although I still placed the order, I felt the pricing and discounts were misleading.”

I chose Koala as they were the best price on 600 mg, It's much harder to give 2 pills than one. Accurate info should have been given, not Vet wants it changed. I think the woman who called didn't have correct info, not her fault, justy bad communication.”
“The best part about my order was the price. I got a good deal on a 3 month supply of flea and tick medicine for my dogs. Unfortunately, there's not much else I was happy with. I wanted to order more, but I could not get more for the same price per dose so I was limited to a three month supply. Now I will need to continue to look for a sale. I prefer to order a six or twelve month supply so I don't have to think about it again for some time. The boxes arrived crushed and opened.”
“I did get my cat's medicine at a good price, finally. The order processed for a week before it shipped. I emailed customer service to ask about it, but nobody bothered to get back to me. Once it shipped, it got here fast. Unfortunately, I needed it and had to buy the product at my vet's office. Now I have two tubes of the same thing. I hope their auto shipping process is more reliable, but I'll have to cancel the first auto shipment since I had to purchase an extra one at the vet.”
“The Qty I ordered did not match the RX from Dr. No one reached out to me to advise. I waited for a week wondering why the order was late and when I called I was advised this. Then there were more communication issues.
