“My dog is almost 90 lbs and wasn’t sure of his last refill would be appropriate to his weight. I tried canceling the subscription for next month but I couldn’t find a way to do it on line. Would be nice if I actually had a say so to when I want to cancel or put my subscription on hold. Thank you”
“never got an e-mailconfirming my order was received. had to ask my vet who then called and let me know the order was in and they had asked for it to be expedited. Communication could be better”
“Beautifully packaged but that was a problem for me. I felt I paid a little more than I’m used to for my dogs’ medication and I thought it could very well be because of the extra gifts and elaborate packaging, which I just don’t need.”
“The medicine came with dropper, instead of syringe. Can't get accurate dosage with that. Also, must be an awful flavor, my dog hates it, which makes it really hard to get her to take it.”
“It took over a week from the time the prescription was received till the medication shipped. I was not communicated with when they received the prescription or with any updates unless I called. Additionally, they could not provide an estimate for when the prescription would be processed and sent.”

“Fast shipping. Disappointed that most online coupon codes do not work with repeat customers. Typically coupon codes only work with first time orders even when I purchase items online through my veterinarian. Poor communication regarding coupon codes that are not accepted. When codes do not apply to orders they are canceled without any notification.”
“I like the idea of being able to order and have it delivered to the house. However since this was my first time there was a little disconnect in communication between my vet and koala. Because of that the medications for my dog were delayed so I had to borrow some from a friend until mine came in. Now I know to call them rather than email”

“Our vet would not approve the prescipiton over the phone and I had to mail a hard copy via USPS. It wouldn't have been so bad if a PDF via email would be accepted.”
“It took quite awhile to even get my prescription for my dog. When I spoke to one of your representatives, she was very dismissive. My dog was a week late for his preventive as a result. I think from now on, I will be using Chewy for his medication and save money.”
