“I appreciate the discount for our first purchase and using auto ship, the syringes that were provided along with the medicine, and the sustainable packaging for shipping. However, it took several communications between me, our vet, and Koala to straighten out our prescription and costumer service isn’t available on weekends. Thankfully Koala was able to rush the order at my request so we could stay on track with the injections.”

“It took a long time for the package to arrive. These days we are so used to deliveries in 1-3 days. So, 9 days is pretty long. Other than that, everything worked as expected. No damage.”
“My Rx took nine days from the time you received the script to delivery. I feel this is excessive I will gladly use your pharmacy for products that are not needed in a hurry , like antibiotics or pain meds , for those I will find a supplier that can deliver much quicker”
“Service way too slow. I ordered this product as soon as I realized I couldn't find it locally, and hoped to receive it right away because I was scheduled to have hip replacement surgery. Unfortunately, the company refused to accept a digital Rx and instead emailed my vet, and the email went to their spam box. Rather than be proactive, it was up to ME to contact both entities to figure out why it was taking so long. It was my vet's office that managed to sort things out. Even after everything was finally straightened out, it took longer than I would have liked for the product to finally be delivered to my door - one week AFTER my surgery. I cannot drive right now and my husband is overwhelmed with taking care of me, household chores, and all of our pets. If this product had been delivered timely, I could have taken care of getting our cat to the vet and getting the port installed. I doubt I'll use Koala again. It just isn't worth the hassle.”
“I mistakenly ordered topical instead of the Chewable. I’m not a fan of the automatic “autoship” but an also not a fan of not being able to place a repeat order of my last order at my convenience.”
“I like the pricing and the product. But deliveryy method is not so good. It's tough to judge the delivery time. From the time they say the order been place it can be anywhere from 8 to 15 days until I recieve product. Just sayin.”
“The shipment contained the wrong item. I promptly called to relay their error. They sent me the correct product and everything was fine. It was a good thing that I did not need the Rx immediately or else there would have been a problem. Additionally, incorrect precriptions being mailed are a concern. That kind of error could well have caused harm. I hope that this incident alerted Koala to perhaps put in a vigerous oversight so that this does not happen again. I have no way of knowing if Koala did. The price was excellent.”
“Product was fine and bandana was nice. Took way too long to get product. Over a week for them to contact and get vet approval. Most places I’ve ordered from it’s a day or two. Price was great.”
“It would be great if you wouldn’t charge my card 4 different times when you are charging the meds.. mine also doubles in price this this and from the time you said you were gonna mail it to the time it was finally emailed was 3 weeks later. It’s really aggravating!”
“You have to have better communication with your patients. If there is going to be a wait time to get a prescription filled, we need to know that. We also need to know if you're behind and filling prescriptions. We need to know if you have had a problem reaching our vet. Basically communication with your company stopped once my order was placed until I took the initiative to find out what the holdup was.”
