“You have to wait way to long for medication! My case was very important but not an emergency, but If it was my dog would have been dead! I thought this company was efficient but it’s not. Again the wait time is way too long.”
“It takes WAY too long from the time you place your order until the time they verify (no less ship). I mean this is prescription medication and my pet should not have to wait over a week just to have me call and then be told we will expedite this so it is taken care of in the next few days. REALLY????? So if i didnt call and get it marked as expedited how long would it take????”
“The price is not worth all the trouble to get my pets medication. I wanted to test this pharmacy out as I work at a vet office and wanted to be able to make an accurate recommendation. The pharmacist tried changing my prescription once I said I would cancel if my prescription wasn’t left as it was they approved to ship it. The process took a little over a week to get the prescription filled. Will not be recommending this to anyone. It’s a shame because I have other medications my dogs need. I’ll stick to getting them at the office I work at.”
“I purchased a 6 month supply of Simparico Trio and after several weeks did not receive item. I had to call for them to tell me that my vet had denied it for some reason. If that were the case, Koala should have called ME so that I could have helped resolve the issue. The delay caused my dog to go over a month without medication. Also, when it was finally approved it was only approved for 2 doses due to the delay”
“I ordered Viokase-V on Feb second. On Feb 6th Koala told me it was out of Viokase-V but you did recommend PancrePlus as a substitute. The order finally shipped on Feb 9th but didn't arrive until Feb 14th. By that time I'd run out of his medicine at home and he went several days without. I hope things run smoother with Koala in the future.”
“It took a month for my dogs meds to arrive and only then because I had to send an email asking about it. In the interim, I had to go back to my vet to get the med that my dog had run out of and had to pay more for it.”
“I was upset because the your pharmacist said that the prescription I sent in was only for a 6 months supply. But I know it was for a 12 months. I was expecting a order for the whole year and I did not receive that. Now I have to get back to my vet and get another prescription for 6 months and I'm not sure if they're going to give it to me.”
“Bad email response time. Took a week to modify order and got two different responses. One saying Koala doesn’t have license for my state and the other saying order has been shipped. Led to a lot of confusion.”
“I am very dissatisfied with the amount of time it took for my order. I have ordered the same prescription in the past from your competitors and I had my order within a week. 10 or 11 days to fill and ship my order is unacceptable especially when I sent an email stating I needed my order expedited so my dog didn't run out of his prescription. I will be canceling my auto ship for future orders as I feel I can't rely on getting my order in a timely manner.”
“For some reason the representative added the physical address to my P.O. Box & it ended up going to another town & another family. Meanwhile my dogs in pain until these folks could get a ride to get my dogs meds back to me. Why not let my shipping address be what I say it is?”
“The last prescription item did not ship to me for 10 days, which is not acceptable. Future orders will be processed as automatic refills, which is fine for future orders, but not acceptable for the order I just received, but very late. There was NO communication that it would take that long, simply to process a refill.”
“You did not get it to me in a timely manner. Nobody called me back when I left a message. Finally when I talked to someone they couldn't answer my questions.”
“The web entry form is confusing and hard to create your order if it’s not a standard bottle pill quantity. You cannot make any changes once you input your quantity, so no self service. I called twice to get my pets two pill a day order up from 50 to 60 pills, makes sense right. It was not changed at all after both calls. I am moving to another service!”
“I found the process to purchase very easy, the process of then getting the prescription verified to be extremely difficult and then shipping was quick.
The representatives did not know the status of my order and I had to verify for them multiple times only to find the vet verified multiple times with them but could not find it.
I understand you all are a small business but I think you need to invest in the back end to make that process more smooth.

“Took awhile to get rx transferred but once that was done shipping was quick, however, I did not receive my package. It was either mis delivered or post office did not deliver to begin with. I have not had opportunity to discuss with Koala Health that I did not receive package because they are only open for customer service Monday-Friday 9-5. This is not a desirable service if I can’t reach a person when I need to speak with them, especially for being an online service.”
“This order took 2 phone calls and according to my vet the 2 calls Koala said they made initially never happened. I breed dogs and was excited to find this site. But I am disappointed ad will not use them again”
