“It was not a good experience, and definitely didn’t simplify my life.
The ordering process was way too much back and forth, and by the time we received the order, all 4 of our cats were more than a week past due for their medications.
I’m definitely not using Koala again. I would not recommend to anyone, and I am going to have to question my veterinarian on why they recommended Koala to us. By the way, not everyone has money in their bank accounts to cover all these charges and reversals that were on my account for what should have been 1 order.

“Ordered vitamins my dog has been on his entire life. The use by date (expiration date) on the vitamins is when they will almost be gone assuming I immediately start using them! It’s a bit too close because I still have about 2 weeks of the old vitamins you sent last time around.”
“The fact that Koala worked with me as a new customer and also included a discount on my prescription order for my Boxer was amazing, not to mention timely. I would have had to pay almost $100.00 more for the same order with my prior provider. The service and communication was 5 Stars.

“My vet quit carrying the meds my dog needed for fireworks. Tried the pill they gave me. Did not work. Ordered the gel through here. They did all the work, getting the approval through my vet and sent to me in the mail. Now I have what works best for my dog. I am very happy she won't be upset now.”
“Made one order and was covertly signed up for auto refil. They email you, those emails go to spam. Then I get notification that a shipment is coming. I call to figure out why, and I'm told I was set up for auto refil. I tried to cancel shipment but was told it had already been processed. I said I would return it and was told they DO NOT take returns on Rx, even if it is returned in their unopened package. I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN. I will be sure no one I know uses it either and may contact consumer protection about their practices.”

The item will arrive at my postal box in Austin, Texas and then I have to forward it to wherever I’m at at the time. But this is the first time that I have heard of koala health so thanks for your service.”
