“Everything is organized and well run. Deliveries are always on time. Only complaint: most times the box of medication is damaged; so far no broken capsules but the box is partly crushed. Otherwise, Koala is a great vet pharmacy for my dog.”

“I am pleased with the communication from Koala, but lately shipping has been an issue. The last prescription took 15 days for me to receive it. When I first used Koala, shipping took about 5-6 days, but that has definitely changed. Please improve your shipping time to Hawaii or I will have to go elsewhere for my pet's prescriptions.”
