“Only my 2nd order and yet again not delivered on time and no contact to make me aware. Called customer service to be told out of your control as 3rd party courier. Poor customer service.”

Hi Gillian, We are sorry to hear this. Once we have passed the rug on to the courier we are at the mercy of their service, as we are a family run business we don't have the capacity to do the deliveries ourselves. We hold them to the highest strictest standards and if we see this happening too often we will normally leave that courier. Thanks for letting us know of the poor service from this courier, we hope it has not put you off shopping with Kukoon again.
