“I hadn’t bought anything from this company before. They were the only one that had the Radley bag I wanted in stock. It arrived promptly but when I went to use it the clip on the cross over strap was broken. I emailed customer services who responded within minutes. They arranged a new clip to be sent to me direct from Radley. Fantastic customer service. Fully recommend”

“The suitcase came very quickly and I’m very very pleased with how light it is. The wheels are high off the ground, it wheels very nicely over hard ground and the self contained lock is nifty and appreciate also being able to add my own extra padlock.”
