Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us a review. As a generic rule within the luggage industry all combinations are factory set at 0-0-0. Instructions on how to change this to your own code are inside the suitcase.

Apart from a very good price for the Samsonite suitcase, I received updates about the delivery which arrived within 2 days of ordering. My only problem was with Samsonite, who I thought would have supplied instructions on how to use the lock. Eventually, we managed this by following instructions online.
