Shortly after ordering a case I realised I had ordered the wrong one so used their messenger/contact portal at bottom of webpage as was out of office hours. 5mins into office hours next day a refund was actioned and email received from a named human & not just some automated response. I had already ordered the correct case which was promptly delivered & all in good order. “Great service from Luggage Superstore. I ordered what I thought was the right size - but when it arrived I realised it was too large. I immediately went online to arrange return (so easy, dropped off at local Co-op) and ordered a smaller size pull along case - which was delivered within a few hours!
refund also came through very quickly, for the bag which I returned.

Most of our items have a fast delivery within 3 working days, however we do have a handful of items that have a longer 10 working day wait for delivery. We have increased the amount of stock we hold over the past year to reduce the number of products with the longer delivery time following feedback from our customers.
