Speedy, friendly, understanding & personal customer service when I noticed I had ordered the wrong case for my wife. Shortly after ordering a case I realised I had ordered the wrong one so used their messenger/contact portal at bottom of webpage as was out of office hours. 5mins into office hours next day a refund was actioned and email received from a named human & not just some automated response. I had already ordered the correct case which was promptly delivered & all in good order.
