“Wow! Just wow. Very classy pieces of jewellery. The jewellery looks so expensive and I have received compliments of how these pieces look amazing. The service from Lux emporium is the best. I even got given a birthday treat, that was so nice of you both. The ladies wrap your gifts personalised to you, this makes you feel real special. I’m hooked! Thank you!”

“Finally opted for a 5star rating due to the exceptional customer service, (thank you, Heather), after grumbling about the time taken for my order to arrive. Stock item despatch is prompt; a bespoke item went to the wire of expected delivery time. Goods are well packaged and the actual items received are top class. Our daughter is very satisfied with her birthday presents.”

“Received my rings and they were stunning but to big ,returned and ordered smaller ,very straight forward , no hassle at all, received new sizes and fit perfectly I absolutely love them , so pretty and delicate 5***** service”

“I love my 2 rings, 1 I paid for the other was free thank you.. I would love to purchase a few more but due to Rheumatoid arthritis in my hands & fingers, on my right hand I need a bigger size that you don’t sell.”

“My original order was too big and so I returned them, Customer Service took a little while to sort as there was a little glitch but after that, I received my rings in a smaller size and am very happy with them, and would highly recommend.”

“I recieved my order very quickly and they are absolutely amazing so good I went back on the site and ordered more just love them and the support was amazing when the 1st set I ordered where too small they sorted a return for me and sent me a ring gauge too amazing service and definately worth getting these rings they look amazing”

“I ordered a ring set from Luxe Emporium and I am absolutely in love with then. They look stunning and the quality is amazing. I had an initial issues with my order as it would not arrive as first advised, however the luxe team went above and beyond to ensure that I got my order in time.
