“Easy to order, I purchesed the ring measurement tool first so I could choose the right size, the rings were only very slighly big but wearable. So beautiful and sparkly. I am so happy with them.”

“Fantastic service, my order arrived and the 2 rings I ordered were beautiful but too big. I emailed Luxe and received details of returns within 12hours. Return process was very easy, I tracked the return and contacted Luxe again as I knew the size I needed was out of stock, received an email back within the hour confirming that new stock had arrived and my replacements were dispatched the very same day. Thank you so much, I may be back soon for another purchase.”

“Jewellery absolutely stunning . Would highly recommend to all the ladies out there order from this website you won’t be disappointed I also contacted by email as needed a ring quickly and the ladies delivered as requested so not just the jewellery the service is incredible also . Lovely presentation and card thanking all customers just another lovely touch to their service and appreciation to all their customers . Would like to see more jewellery and designs in the future as a girl can’t have to much jewellery. “What an amazing company. The sisters that run it, are just so sweet. They go out of their way to make sure everyone is happy with their jewellery. The jewellery is beautiful. I started with 1 ring. With in a few months, I had 6 rings necklace bracelet set for Christmas presents for my daughter. Plus a lovely telephone ☎️ call from leila. She is so kind and caring. I would definitely recommend 👌 anyone to buy from this amazing company. They have worked so hard into making it, what it is today. Thank you to Heather for all your support with my emails . How I worry. You have put buy from you so easy and stress free. Thank you again merry Christmas to you all. I hope there is 1 of your special sented boxes under my Christmas tree 🎄 this year. “I have purchased from Luxe Emporium twice now. My 1st order 1 ring turned up within 4 working days, was packaged nicely & I was very pleased with my new ring. My 2nd purchase was during a promotion of bogof & I chose 2 rings. After 4 working days my purchase still hadn’t arrived (the Thursday) so I emailed & then checked the website, which stated to contact them after 7 working days if I still hadn’t received my purchase. So I waited & then on the 7th day (the Tuesday of the next week) I received an acknowledgment email & was told my purchase would be posted that week. I then received my 2 new rings on the Thursday. So I am one happy customer 😊”

“There were no updates on my order and it was not delivered within 4 days which was promised. There was only 1 size available so I had to just buy, now the ring is loose.”
