“Quality amazing but communication regarding refunds have been a long and confusing process, asking for order number and tracking information a few times with no direct answer to confirm refunds! It’s very worrying that information isn’t clear and refunds are not an easy process either luxe. May put people off ordering from them again and that’s sad as rings are lovely 😢”

“have only been ordering from Luxe for a short time, but have ordered 3 times already! products are amazing and such good value for money. Also had to return for a different size with one of the rings and had a few issues with the website, Luxe customer services sorted it as soon as i made them aware. 5* all round xx”

“Really pleased with the service I've received from Luxe Emporium .I recently purchased a gold ring with a large stone in it .Whilst out shopping I noticed the stone had fallen out .This was only the second time I had worn this so was really annoyed. I e mailed Luxe Emporium who very kindly replaced this for me ,thankyou for the wonderful customer service.”

“Order a beautiful ring set but had to return due to getting wrong size, really easy to return. Communication from customer service was brilliant. I was given option for refund or to wait for restock. Delivery was really fast. The packaging has been given a lot of thought. Definitely worth the wait for the back order. The quality of the jewls is really nice the glistening sparkles of the gems 10/10”

“This is my second order with Luxe Emporium and as usual they never fail to disappoint. Fast shipping, stunning and resilient pieces and the customer service is top tier! I had a small issue with my order (one item missing) and this was rectified straight away. Within a couple of days I had my item and they even went through the trouble of sending it special delivery! Also the fact it’s a sister owned small business is amazing! Adore the pieces and I’m for sure a customer for life!!!”

“Excellent company to purchase from. I have purchased a lot of items including a beautiful necklace with the names of my 3 grandchildren. All my purchases have been amazing. The customer service is the very best, they do all they can to help and advise etc. Always answer any queries straight away. I love Luxe Emporium they deserve so much more than 5 stars.”

“I ordered two rings but accidentally ordered both in the wrong size. I was worried that I couldn't find a contact telephone number for Customer Service, but I needn't have worried - they quickly replied to my messages and were really accommodating, exchanging the rings for the correct size. The rings themselves are absolutely beautiful and I am already looking at what I can order next!”
