“First time buying from Luxe. Really love my new earrings! I always struggle to find good quality Huggies with a good clasp and so far so good. The packaging and personal message was a really nice touch. Also have to mention the super quick delivery, even though I'm pretty sure I just paid for standard. I will definitely purchase from Luxe again.”

“I placed my initial order with Luxe as I had seen them advertised on Instagram can honestly say I wasn’t disappointed, a lot of comments from friends which prompted me to purchase again. The ordering system is great and you are kept up to date on a timely manner”

“My order came wrong I got sent the complete wrong ring to what I ordered, it’s stunning but again not what I ordered. I then contacted regarding being sent the wrong order and have had 0 response which is quite disappointing. Overall the jewellery is gorgeous from here but I’m not very satisfied about receiving the wrong thing and getting no help to resolve the issue.”

“AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Ordered 2 ring sets to see which fit and looked better and closest to my original rings. Spent £200 to be told that I am unable to return these. No where did it state this on the website. They have offered a gift voucher for the second set not required and now just ignoring all of my emails when I’ve asked for return labels. Appalling company, poor quality jewellery.”
