“I am writing to express my concern regarding I have not yet received my order, which I placed over a month ago. Despite multiple attempts to contact customer service via email, I have yet to receive a response. The customer service is not very good.”

“Obsessed with Luxe Emporium products. Beautiful detailed jewellery from earrings, to bracelets, necklaces & rings if you want to dazzle in style then you seriously have to purchase only but the best from the two talented sisters. Here's the thing, even if there has been a minor mixup the sisters rectify the issue immediately. Their customer service is completely spot on and can I just say that their generosity goes up and beyond. I highly recommend Luxe Emporium to family and friends for gift ideas or that special little sparkle to add to your wardrobe accessories. Thank you girls for everything you have fulfilled this week with my order. Looking forward to future purchases from your site. 🩷”

“Absolutely beautiful ring, had to send the first one back because of sizing. Service was fantastic. Also when I opened the box there is an incredible smell I emailed to ask what it was and it is a fragrance that they are producing and will be ready in the summer, it was so lovely I will be the first to buy it. Fabulous company will definitely be using again for gifts for friends and family xxx”
