“I ordered the most beautiful ring but when it turned up it was slightly too small. Customer service was great and I returned it and received a replacement the next size up. Unfortunately the new ring is now slightly too big. Looking at their sizes they seem to jump a size. The original I was sent was a size uk M and the replacement next size up ring I received is a uk O and I need an uk N. I’m trying to decide if I keep it and risk it coming off or send it back.”

“I cannot leave a review yet,, i ordered a ring one week ago and have never received it! Money & all has been took from my bank. I got confirmation email regarding my order and said i will get one when its dispatched nothing yet so beginning to doubt this company! Why ask me to review when i have never received ring!”

“Wow! Just wow. Very classy pieces of jewellery. The jewellery looks so expensive and I have received compliments of how these pieces look amazing. The service from Lux emporium is the best. “Looking at your ads the products look beautiful I really wanted to order I placed an order for a ring sizer 4 weeks ago and I’ve still not received it I just feel really disappointed as if the sizer takes this long how long will the rings take?”

“Finally opted for a 5star rating due to the exceptional customer service, (thank you, Heather), after grumbling about the time taken for my order to arrive. Stock item despatch is prompt; a bespoke item went to the wire of expected delivery time. Goods are well packaged and the actual items received are top class. Our daughter is very satisfied with her birthday presents.”
