Just do not join this bunch of crooks,how o2 can have anything to do with them is beyond me. Go abroad or home nothing will work.How they get 1.6 stars is beyond me.

i had purchased a bundle plan for three months which then I realized was way too expensive compared to other providers. After 2 days I called the customer service and asked them to cancel the plan and give me my refund they told me it will get resolved in 24-48 hrs but took like a month to give me a result and then they tell me i have used my balance and cannot refund my money. What do you expect me to do like sit around for a month and call nobody like its my mistake you took a month which i had to remind the company that i have a complaint. short and simple very bad coverage and worst customer service.

The services app I keep using it usually kicked me out today twice they need to fix so I highly recommend that quit lycamobile and start using lebara, ee, Vodafone, Tesco mobile.

Avoid this dodgy company, they charged me £100 instead of £5 and they refused to refund me ,not only this they said you have used all your balance ,what a sheet company

Do not use lycamobile if you plan on traveling. Their "fair use data policy" is extremely bad, you get a few gigs to use abroad, and if your plan happens to cancel while you are in another EU country, you cannot reactivate it furthermore, the data is throttled so at most you get 1mbps. Even within the country they block access to a lot of websites. For example I am unable to access github.com or my sanitas health care app without using a VPN

Very stupid company!!! Request to cancel top-up, then told me it is canceled. However, 3 months after, my credit card is still making payments!

I hate Lycamobile because they have the worst internet of all time and it’s slow so I’m gonna go for lebara or ee and I had enough of it so I recommend don’t pay to them and quit it.

Lycamobile customer service in the U.S. does not care about their customers. My service plan was $20 for 2 gb data if I paid 3 months at a time, I had this plan for about 2 years. This time I refilled $60 for 3 months again. My first month worked fine, the 2nd month my data was so slow on the 3rd week. I came to the store where I refilled to ask, he said I used up my 1gb fast data but I should have 2gb not 1gb. He called Lycamobile dealer line while I was there, he turned on his speaker phone so I could hear the conversation, the guy on the phone said he would submit the change and I would have 2gb data on the next cycle which is about 1 more week more. My next cycle kicked in and it's still only 1gb data. I came back to the store, the owner of the store called their Lycamobile dealer, this time Lycamobile said my plan was $19 so I got only 1gb. The $19 with 2gb data applied to the new customers only. I called Lycamobile customer service to ask why my data was from 2gb to 1gb. The girl was so rude she refused to transfer me to a supervisor or manager. I transferred my phone service to Ultra Mobile, I paid $51 for 3 months with 2gb data. It's cheaper, good signal, most important is when I called them, they treated me with high respect. Lycamobile is a very bad company because they don't care about customers. I don't commend Lycamobile.

Joined this circus 10 days ago,they take you money and that is the end as far as they are concerned.Support do me a favour.Not sure who runs this shower they tell me my email my email is not recognised but is on there profile App.Anyone thinking of joining please do not.Why O2 have anything to do with them is beyond me.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The customer service makes me so mad, they don't reply and don't care if they lose a customer. You are so inefficient and not professional at all. Don't buy from them they don't know how to do their job.

Ordered a sim through uswitch for lyca , £12 a month for 100gb , sim came yesterday and will only work if I top up ? I’ve already paid £12 for them to send me the sim , this outfit is a disgrace , customer service don’t understand English ! And they just fob you off , avoid . These Mickey Mouse providers are a waste of time and money and deserve to fold ,

I'd give no stars if I could, since topping up this sim card, I can only ring out, I can't text and no one can text or ring me, I've asked for a refund and just get fobbed off with wait 48 hours, I've got ill health and a broken boiler and I'm expecting these very important phone calls, I can't wait 48 hours, how on earth am I supposed to sort this problem out now when, No one can even text me let alone ring? The past few times I've topped up, it's had no 4g and the signal is rubbish! I'll update you if I get my refund, its a payg sim card, there's no reason why they can't refund me!! AVOID THESE USELESS RIP OFF MERCHANTS

FALSE advertisment said "superfast data"... when i fact its the slowest possible mobile data connection, "GPRS" - 0.2 Mbit/S . I have been calling support twice a day for a week and getting usless advise like change the NAME of the APN to internet lyca, LYCA, L, ect' ... all with the same APN (data.lycamobile.nl) i guess thier just waiting for my budle to expire... my guess is they only have a GPRS roming contract. i wonder if their is enough for a class action for false advertisment ?

Do not pay for a plan when ordering a sim. They will not help you when someone applies your plan to their card. Customer service can only tell you it will take 24-48 hours to investigate and you will not hear back from them at all. Lyca Mobile does not allow their customer service to actually help.

No no no!!! Stay away. Lyca is rubbish. The internet was horrible. I bought a bundle which you’re supposed to have 10 GB for the whole month. I just lost over 6 GB because it was horribly slow, impossible to use sometimes. I couldn’t even make a call on Skype or send a picture sometimes. I will never use lyca again or recommend it. I contacted the online chat several time and nothing fixed the internet. The assistance (online chat) did nothing when I said they were going to lose a customer. He simply closed the chat. No no no!
