Worst customer service ever in my life. emailed them to fix my account info since they put my first name and last name the same in the registration but guess what even after reaching them 5 times with all doc they asked for still its not fixed yet. they don't care at all. “Bad customer service, waited 20 min for someone to answer my call. When I'm trying to switch phone carrier and asking for account number and PIN number, I can't pass the 'verification questions' and they won't give me the information I need. Do they really want to give me my account number and PIN number, so I can transfer my number to another carrier and they lose a customer? I don't think so.
Bad network with more expensive phone plans than other phone carriers, paid $50 for unlimited network, but it's not really 'unlimited', network always goes out by the end of the month, can't use cellular data to open any applications on my phone.
Can't renew phone plans properly, payments won't go through on the website. Called the customer service, and EVEN THEY CAN'T MAKE THE PAYMENT GO THROGH when every information is correct, what a joke.
This is the first time I ever write down a review, and you can see how bad this company is. So if you care about getting a good service and not having a phone carrier ruin your day, don't go with Lycamobile.”

Had a bad experience with Lycamobile, was harassed by an (old) number that is registered with them. She sent sex text and spam called us. Called Lyca and they say the new owner already has the right to do this.
Shared my experience on trustpilot and lyca took it down because I had no ''evidence''. So here I am posting this experience all over other places ;)”

“Topped up £10 activited a bundle only to get 6 GB when it should be 10 GB called Lyca up for a refund told to wait 10 days max still no refund calls Luca up they told me they will look into this got a text saying to Luca has resolved as follows we do not have the logs to check further still no refund they are criminals. So what I do is go on Luca website order 3 SIM cards for free use up the 50p credit and then throw the SIM away Iv done this 50 times already I am getting my money back 1 way or another because Luca will lose money now.”
“Terrible switched in November last year from Tesco thinking I was saving a few pounds but it's not worth it , data plans don't top up properly you buy top up plans that don't activate more chance of getting your cat to help then there supposed customer service they keep your card details and you can't remove them please please don't be fooled they are a nightmare”

“I recharged for £20 since 20/04/2021 and my sim was not credited and I have written more than 10 emails and made more than 10 calls but no respite. My sim was said to have been faulty and needed to be replaced which I did but they keep asking for the same things I had provided. They are really confused or deliberately making money off people. Really sad experience. The customer service is operating like robots, they will listen to you but after wasting your time then refer you to their email.”

“I bought a SIM with Plan from Lycamobile US site. I got tracking# after 24 hours when I dropped an email and did a online chat. Upon receiving the SIM, I tried to activate the Plan. But Details which I received was not correct. So I again contacted through mail and Chat. No response from mail. Although, I got hold on chat with one of the agent. He said, Plan should get activated in next 24 hours. But still nothing. Lyca seems to be very bogus service provider.”
